A service provider under contract has access to the email addresses and device identifiers to improve services and to troubleshoot user generated service tickets.
A user may generate a service ticket and may provide Shield Technologies with further contact information such as a name and/or telephone numbers. Shield Technologies collects that contact information to assist with future service tickets. The contact information is not shared with, sold, or rented to others.
At any time, a user may contact Shield Technologies at [email protected] and request that their account and information be deleted.
The Shield Basic application contains links to other sites, mainly federal and provincial legislative websites. Visit the legislative websites for their Privacy Policy.
Shield Technologies uses the services of third-party payment processors You may review their Privacy Policy on their website.
Shield Technologies may update its Privacy Policy at any given time. These changes will be posted on the Shield Basic website and within the Shield Basic application.
